Can I have my ceremony at The Estate at New Albany?
Yes! A ceremony can be added to your wedding day experience and will contribute to your event minimum.
When would my ceremony rehearsal take place?
With the ceremony package add-on, you are guaranteed one hour for your ceremony rehearsal. The date and time will be confirmed 30 days before your wedding. Your officiant is responsible for orchestrating the rehearsal. A member of our staff will be on site to assist with any questions.
Can I add additional hours to my event?
Yes! You can add time earlier in the day or later into the evening at an additional cost. The whole day is yours to use!
Can I add liquor to my beer and wine package?
Yes! All bar packages are fully customizable.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No, we are a permit-holding premises.
When will I have my planning meetings?
- Group tastings occur monthly. Gourmet Fresh will reach out to you to schedule which group tasting you will attend!
- Detail Meeting: 6-7 months before your event date.
- Final Phone Call: 5-6 weeks before your event date.
When is my final guest count due?
For weddings, final guest counts are due at the Final Phone Call, 5-6 weeks out from your event.
How many people can The Estate at New Albany accommodate?
Up to 350 guests in the Great Hall.
Is there a rain plan for my ceremony?
Yes! We recommend using the Forest & Noble Room for inside ceremonies.
Does The Estate at New Albany offer alternative pricing?
Yes! Take advantage of our winter season pricing for dates in January through February, as well as off-peak season dates in March, April, November, and December.
Can I add enhancements to my wedding day?
Yes! Custom enhancements are available for your day, including upgraded linens, specialty rentals, bar upgrades, lighting enhancements, and more! Please check with our venue team about preferred vendors.
Do you offer a tasting?
Yes! Custom group tasting events are available to attend.
Do you have parking?
Yes! There is a full parking lot on site for your guests.
