We are excited to share about our upcoming Vendor Preview events, designed exclusively for our soon-to-be-wed couples! This Vendor Preview event is a fantastic opportunity for our couples to immerse themselves in the full experience of what their special day can look like, as well as meet our in-house vendors and amazing Venue Coordinator team!
We will have the space decorated like a real wedding, so you can begin envisioning what your own day will look like!
What to Expect at the Vendor Preview
During the Vendor Preview, you will have the chance to:
- Taste Our Catering Options: Savor a selection of delicious menu items from Gourmet Fresh, including dinner choices, appetizers, and fun Late-Night Bites, giving you a preview of the culinary delights available for your wedding. This is also the perfect chance to ask any catering questions or menu-specific questions that you have.
- See Included Centerpiece Examples- Centerpieces designed and provided by our in-house florist, Fiori, will be displayed on guest tables to help couples visualize what is included in their all-inclusive packages. Upgraded designs and floral inspiration will also be on display to help you envision your floral inspiration.
- See Reception Enhancement Ideas- We will be showcasing a variety of our enhancements ideas, including lighting upgrades, photo booth fun, and other interactive reception activities for your guests!
Who Can Attend?
In addition to the both of you as a couple, you are welcome to bring two complimentary guests. Whether it’s your parents, a maid of honor, or best man, sharing this experience with those closest to you is welcome!
When is My Vendor Preview?
The Vendor Preview is a quarterly event. Your specific Vendor Preview date will be scheduled based on your wedding date, ensuring that it aligns perfectly with your planning timeline. Your Wedding Coordinator will reach out to you to invite you to the Vendor Preview based on your date.
